Please let us know the requests of the applicants(in regards to conditions such as allergies,smoking etc.) so that we can take them into consideration when placing you with your host families.
There is one more important piece of information that we need to know - your arrival details such as flight number, arraival time and arrival airport - so please inform us as soon as you book a flight.
You had better book your flight as soon as possible,because December is the holiday travel season.
